First District Honors Choir

On Thursday, November 15, ten of our finest Sedalia Singers participated in the 1st District Honors Choir at Murray State University.  Students practiced at school for about two months before that date and learned the music.  Then we went to Murray and practiced with a total of 245 5th & 6th grade elementary school students!  We had a wonderful day and then all parents were invited to a concert in Lovett Auditorium.  The students did a great job!  I'm so proud of them!  I'm also very thankful that we get to do things like this!  Thank you supportive principal, teachers, and parents!  Music matters!!!
