Three 3rd graders deliver goods to Animal Shelter

Lexie Hawkins, Allie Clarke, and Eli Kirshbaum went to to the Mayfield/Graves County Animal Shelter today to deliver the goods that we collected.  The community service project correlated to the musical "ARF" that was presented on Friday.  The shelter was very excited to receive all of the new items, as were the animals!

I was so proud of the 3rd graders Friday and their performance of "Arf!"  The did a wonderful job! 

Native American Day

Sedalia 5th graders will be hosting "Native American Day" on Friday September 30th.  5th graders will lead students through different regions and tribes and teach students about Native American culture through corn husk dolls, pottery, instruments, totem poles, housing, storytelling, dancing, and much more. 

The 3rd grade play is Friday at 1:30.  Come to "Doggie Town" in the Sedalia gym and watch the 3rd graders sing, dance, and act out "ARF!"
